    Set your therapeutic goals. Do this by expressing your issues, have your needs articulated with you, and establish what you want to work toward.

    Intake session. Review what is going on, share about your culture and background, and establish what your strengths that you bring to the table.

    Psychotherapy. Meet 1:1 via telehealth on a weekly or biweekly time frame. If you struggle to afford sessions, ask about reduced fee sessions; limited spot available.

    Counseling from a Christian Worldview. For clients who want to engage in this, we use traditional psychotherapy method, with the additional spiritual component, and Christian worldview.

    EMDR is an 8 phase evidence-based therapy which uses a particular protocol.

    This technique is used to stimulate parts of the brain that house maladaptively housed memories, allowing them to be appropriately processed.
