Get mental health care from anywhere!

An easy remote option

Powered by Simple Practice. As a therapist, I offer the convenience of telehealth therapy. This is a great alternative to the traditional in-person model in that it reduces travel requirements, time expenditure, both helping to fit into your schedule.

Payment & Insurance Options

  • CPT Codes

    Consultations: FREE

First Intake Appointment [Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluation]: (CPT Billing Code 90791)

Regular/follow up appointments: (CPT Billing Code 90837)

  • Private Cash Pay

Putting your money where your mouth is: Just pay cash. Private, you pay for quality over convenience, no session limits, with faster access.

Therapy is relational. Cash pay promotes valuing the time scheduled, but also indicates your respect for your counselor, what we do, and what we offer. Plenty of clients waste time filtering therapists using insurance because it’s convenient, settling for a clinician not best suited for them, wasting more money in the long run.

Therapy isn’t a doctor’s visit and requires emotional and intellectual investment. Work with someone you want to invest in.

  • Superbills

I provide superbills for reimbursement. Lots of people have out-of-network (OON) benefits and don’t even know it. Check with your insurance company. Many people have more coverage than what they think.

 FAQs

  • • Cash pay offers more client confidentiality; there is more privacy and control for diagnosis and treatment.

    • Increased flexibility to treatment options/approaches.

    • Insurance doesn't cover every diagnosis.

    • Clear and straightforward payment options. Deductibles for mental health can be frustrating.

    • Clients can enjoy improved availability to schedule sessions.

    • Clients are not restricted to listed providers that an insurance company allows. You have the advantage of choosing your “best match” in a therapist: more freedom of choice!

    • Filing Claims is tedious and time consuming for both the therapist or client. Cash pay allows the focus to be on you, and not dealing with claims.

  • Not officially. I offer a flat rate, but am willing to find a rate that works for you. Reach out to the clinician about what you can afford, within reason.

  • For determining coverage: Call the mental health benefits number on the back of your insurance card. Provide them with the CPT Billing codes listed and ask about your OON or IN deductible, any co-insurance or copays that you'd be responsible for, etc.
