What if I told you your work stress didn’t start with your job?
If you’ve tried everything, and still feel miserable — Let’s talk.
Seattle-Based Christian Telehealth Therapy: Specialized Trauma𖡎, Anxiety😰, & EMDR👀Services
Problem Avoided = Problem Escalated.
●
Where did you first learn what is “enough?”
●
Does life look "fine," but stress and anxiety never seems to ease up?
●
Have you considered the problem isn't what's around you?

In therapy, have you wanted…🤔
-
Are you turning to AI because you don’t know where else to go?
Does “it’s free” feel easier than risking being seen when you’re depressed or insecure?
Do you ever close the chat window and still feel alone or embarrassed?
Do you want support that can look you in the eyes and remind you you’re not too much?
-
Is “just breathing” not cutting it? Are you tired of just being asked, “how does that make you feel?“
Let’s be real—empathy, without honesty doesn’t work, and it’s the same for the reserve.
-
Does your inner world feel like a cluttered storage room—random piles everywhere and no idea where to start?
Maybe you understand your issues logically, but still feel unworthy, unseen, or “not enough” on the inside?
-
Does each week feel like just a check-in? Maybe you question why do I keep coming each week?
You feel like you need some skin in the game, want to put your money where your mouth it, and you’re willing to page cash pay for it.
You looking for honest feedback — because you want real engagement.
-
You’ve felt it impossible to find the best of both worlds. Genuine psychological insight that also integrates your Christian faith, spiritual formation, and avoids the cold, detached therapist-client relationship.
I’m Isaiah and I’d love to help!
As a Christian + Seattle-based licensed counselor(𝚿+✞)+ trauma professional, I help people move past trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, insecurity, regret, rumination, and avoidance. Together, let’s assess options, unlearn old patterns, and look forward!
In session, I strive to be:
Collaborative.🫱🏽🫲🏻This is about you and your being understood.
Relational. 🫶🏽 Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.
Grounded. 🫂 Honesty + empathy are essential.
Faithful. 🌍I offer a culturally competent, Christ-centered therapy, upon request.

Stop treating yourself like a problem. So many treat therapy like a band-aid; with a ”just fix me" attitude toward themselves, instead of trying to connect with a person.
Counseling can be relational and sacred. Psychology doesn’t have to just label someone as “broken.”
You’re a person to be loved, not a problem to be fixed.
-
What would your life looked like if you made choices based on “who do I want to become?“ Rather than, “what do I want to achieve or avoid?“
There’s always a path forward: follow the tension. Therapy is like hiking a mountain; sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it’s slow, but always forward.
We’ll master the basics first, then move toward the refined. Fundamentals → Refined.
-
Having what your believe + what you feel, be congruent.
Cognitive behavioral work identifies your thoughts. EFT, identifies your emotions. EMDR helps make feeling what you believe to be true possible!
-
If you don’t respect yourself, why would someone else? Change starts from the inside, out!
My clients learn to be like Mike & Sully (Monster’s Inc.)— What your life looks like is up to you. Real growth starts when you accept your strengths AND your weaknesses.
-
I don’t know how much you feel like your life is worth—I’d say it’s priceless. You’re the expert on you, I’ll help you cut through the noise!
Do you expect yourself to change, in the long run, from shame?
We can’t attain perfection, or aim for, “I never want to feel this, again.” What would it look like to have clear, grounded steps to help you mature?
-
Only honesty = defensiveness / walls up. Only empathy = avoidance / stagnation. You need grace and truth, and balancing that fine line is hard. You won’t have to do that alone!

Isaiah’s Services↩️
Isaiah provides trauma‑informed therapy that helps clients understand how past wounds shape motivations, beliefs, relationships, and choices. He integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion focused (EFT) to deepen emotional clarity, and attachment‑based, meaning‑oriented approaches to foster depth.
Experience specialized anxiety counseling. Anxiety often forms a predictable cycle shaped by root causes like shame, perfectionism, control, regret, and burnout. Isaiah’s goal is to help clients break the anxiety cycle at its roots.
EMDR is an eight‑phase trauma therapy that helps you process the root emotions behind painful memories so they stop shaping your present. EMDR is designed for clients who are deeply committed to healing at the emotional level, not just managing symptoms.
Christian counseling integrates a biblical worldview with holistic psychological assessment and clinical insight. Isaiah helps clients explore themselves wholistically; emotionally, relationally, and spiritually, balancing empathy with honest, clinical feedback.
